• Traveling across major data center sites, typically for 18-24 months
• Overseeing and managing all aspects of data center construction projects from start to finish
• Developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution
• Enforcing safety regulations and quality control standards
• Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, permits, and compliance requirements
• Driving project progress and proactively resolving on-site challenges
• Fostering a collaborative work environment while leading project teams effectively

• Seeking Project Managers with experience on large-scale Data Center projects ($250M+)
• Strong tenure is key - no frequent job changes (max 3 roles in the last 7 years)
• Experience must be with General Contractors - not Developers or Clients
• Open to candidates without Data Center experience if they have strong MEP, Hospital, or Life Sciences backgrounds
• Looking for confident, proactive, and results-driven professionals - no hesitation on the job
