The Role:

We are seeking a Solar Site Supervisor to oversee C&I solar projects. You will oversee the installation team and ensure projects are completed on time!

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities for solar projects
• Manage subcontractors, laborers, and on-site workers
• Oversee site operations including materials handling, deliveries, and equipment management.
• Engage meetings with permit officials and utility officials
• Ensure project timelines are being met

Essential Skills/Experience:

• 3 years in solar installations
• NABCEP Installer Cert - Preferred
• Ability to travel throughout the state of CA up to 80 percent of the time
