Travelling Superintendent - Goodall Brazier : Job Details

My client is an innovative, award-winning, national construction management firm, specializing in healthcare, commercial, and multi-family construction.

They are looking for an outstanding Travelling Superintendent to join the team. If you have 5 or more years of experience, a passion for construction, and an insane need and desire to be part of building great projects, then please read on!

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

THIS IS A TRAVELLING POSITION, PROJECT LOCATIONS COULD INCLUDE, ALABAMA, TEXAS OR PHILADELPHIA.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of projects
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
