Job Description :

Our client, a longstanding technology investor with over $40B AUM is seeking to hire a Treasury Analyst. This individual will be responsible for supporting the company's financial operations, with a focus on cash management, financial modeling, risk assessment, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash management tasks, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, and liquidity analysis.
  • Monitor and manage the company's bank accounts, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
  • Assist in the development and execution of investment strategies for excess cash balances, in accordance with the company's investment policy.
  • Support the Senior Associate, Finance in managing banking relationships and negotiating bank fees.
  • Assist in the account opening process with various banks, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with banking partners to troubleshoot and resolve complex treasury-related issues, ensuring optimal financial operations.
  • Analyze financial market trends to forecast potential impacts on the company's assets and liabilities.
  • Conduct risk assessments of financial exposures, such as foreign exchange, interest rates, and credit risks.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations on cash flow improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the implementation of treasury-related systems and process improvements.
  • Serve as the liaison between the CFO and Senior Associate, Finance coordinating and facilitating the approval process for financial wire transactions.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements related to treasury activities.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required by the Senior Associate, Finance, management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2-4 years experience related to Treasury / Cash Management
