Business Segment Overview:

Immerse yourself in the best-in-class institutional-grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.

Primary duties will include:

• Work directly with Senior Interest Rate Sales professionals to ensure best in class coverage of the institutional client base
• Develop practical working knowledge of the various US Treasury bond instruments and their application to other fixed income products
• Connect directly with clients to ensure timely, accurate execution and confirmations, and to help maintain the strongest possible institutional relationship
• Assist in the creation and distribution of regular desk commentary including market moving events, broad activity trends, and trade suggestions
• Help the sales and trading team prospect for new institutional relationships

To land this role you will need:

• BA or BS degree with finance, business, or economics background preferred
• Genuine interest in functioning and inter-play of global financial markets and geopolitics
• Excellent communication and organization skills with a natural interest and ability in a sales role
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with shifting focus throughout the day
• Client meetings and entertainment expected, including occasional business travel

Education / Certification Requirements:

• StoneX Financial Group Inc. requires all new sales associates to have or obtain their Series 7 and 63 Licenses within 90 days of employment
• Preparation for exam is expected to complete outside of normal business hours

Hiring Salary Range $65000-85000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)? ?Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.?
