Job DetailsEssential Functions
- Lead and guide cash applications and treasury teams, ensuring accurate cash flow and loan forecasts, bank reconciliations, and timely reporting.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using corporate financial systems.
- Develop and update operating procedures for treasury and cash functions.
- Create and present cash analytics to key stakeholders.
- Manage loan facilities (SOFR), renewals, Borrowing Base Certificates (BBC), and bank relationships.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and support management in trend analysis.
- Supervise team performance, hiring, training, and motivation to ensure departmental success.
- Assist with bank and external audits, reviewing loan covenants and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and manage periodic bank reports, loan liens, and lender requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Extensive experience in reporting, analytics, banking, and loan administration.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Preferred: Familiarity with SOFR, cash flow, and loan forecasting.
- At least 7 years in treasury and asset-based or cash-flow lending.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Adherence to company policies, compliance, and safety protocols.
