Job description Dental Treatment Coordinator OUR COMPANY: OneSolution Dental Implant Centers was founded in 2009 in Plantation, Florida and has been growing at a rapid pace. In order to achieve the most successful outcomes for our patients in a single day, we use a team approach to placing dental implants for full arch restorations. The team includes Oral Surgeons, Prosthodontists, and a full in-house laboratory utilizing digital technology and the latest zirconia materials. Our practice was designed to fulfill our passion to provide patients with full-mouth reconstructive dentistry in only one day by using the highest quality materials, technology, and specialized providers in the industry. We have become a destination center for patients requiring challenging implant rehabilitations including Zygomatic Implants. Our practice has been dedicated to changing lives every day and our goal is to continue helping people suffering from debilitating dental conditions. POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our world-class team. Our OneSolution team is looking for a candidate who is driven and passionate about being part of a winning team who can make a difference in people's lives. JOB DUTIES: Conduct and meet patients at the OneSolution Dental Implant Center to discuss and understand the patient's dental condition, oral and systemic health, concerns, objectives, and options. Explain the treatment plan, address any concerns, and answer any questions about the OneSolutions process. Work hand in hand with the doctors to make sure that the patient understands their treatment options. Reaching patients by phone to respond to inquires and follow-up. Maintain a good relationship with patients by staying engaged throughout the entire process. Understand and utilize a CRM system and work with our Marketing Department to ensure a great workflow. Offer and work with the patient on payment programs and financing. Making sure all consent forms and financing paperwork are duly filled out and signed by the patient. willing to travel to local offices to see potential patients. work out of business hours, as needed, to accommodate, the schedule consults booked, and phone calls/inquiries. SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: Great verbal and communication skills Self-motivation, drive and initiative An outgoing and confident approach Bilingual a plus ( English and Spanish ) Dental knowledge ( A plus) Team Player and ready to help others Experience in using a CRM system ( a plus) Goal-Oriented Monday through Friday work week Great Salary, benefits, and bonus system!
