Busy truck repair, fabrication, and dealer company seeking a reliable and responsible individual to help assist our Sales and Service Department.

Customer Service: Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns, and provide timely responses.

Estimates and Invoicing: Assist with estimates, on-site estimates, invoicing, and repair orders. Assist with sales of trucks and equipment.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payments.

Parts Coordination: Interact with managers to ensure proper parts are in stock needed for jobs.

Job Timeliness: Interact with managers to ensure each truck is being worked on in a timely fashion.

Vehicle Tracking: Log in information.

Technology Usage: Utilize iPads for various tasks.

Data Entry: Maintain organized spreadsheets and charts.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Experience:

Automotive experience a plus (Cars & Trucks). A clean NYS driver's license is preferred.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm. Full-Time or Part-Time available.
