Truck Tire Assembly Floor Supervisor - Continental AG : Job Details

The Truck Tire Assembly Floor Supervisor will:This position is responsible for the supervision of hourly employees regarding productivity and schedule attainment, quality, safety, efficiency, cost control, waste control, and housekeeping. Responsible for employee relations, training, performance evaluations, and BT 1 meetings the start of every shift. Maintain efficiency of operations. Ensure quality of product is being met. Ensure maintenance and modifications are being met for each piece of equipment. Maintain waste, and scrap control. Responsible for and maintaining record keeping. Provide a safe environment on the floor. Responsible for employee relations and training. Maintain budget and cost control. Responsible for scheduling. Other duties as directed by the Lead Supervisor or Department Manager. NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed. Qualifications.
