We're currently seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Attorney with a modest book of business who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities include:

• Expertise in federal and state tax laws, estate tax principles, and trust administration.
• Drafting wills, trusts, shareholder agreements, and other essential estate planning documents.
• Handling estate and trust administration matters, tax returns, and procedural or disputed issues.
• Negotiating, drafting, and analyzing legal documents related to Trust and Estate Law.
• Representing clients in court and providing compassionate guidance during challenging times.
• Managing and delegating work to a paralegal.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in good standing.
• Over 5 years of experience in Trust and Estate Law.
• Trial experience and strong skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• A portable book of business valued at approximately $150,000.
