In addition to a competitive base wage, CSB offers a wide variety of employee benefits listed below.Summary: Directs and coordinates activities relative to creating and administering personal, corporate, probate, and court ordered guardianship trusts in accordance with terms creating trust, will, or court order. Responsible for comprehensive administration of employee benefit plans for plan sponsors.Essential Functions: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned.   • Oversee the administration of employee benefit plans
  • Locate and place funds, securities, and other assets in trust accounts (including, but not limited to, employee benefit plans)
  • Direct collection of earnings, dividends, or sale of assets and placement of proceeds in trust accounts
  • Direct realization of assets, liquidation of liabilities, and payment of debts for trusts
  • Direct disbursement of funds according to conditions of trusts or needs of court ward or beneficiary
  • Direct the processing of transactions and distribution of statements on accounts
  • Ensure excess or surplus funds are invested according to terms of trust and wishes of trust client
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and file necessary reports and documents
  • Review federal and state tax returns for trusts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all plan activities, transactions, and participant information.
  • Meet with new and existing customers to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Complete account reviews on a timely basis to ensure investments and client goals are aligned and to monitor investment performance
  • Take questions from customers on the phone and in person, investigate and correct errors, following established policies and procedures
  • Work closely with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and investment advisor, to ensure seamless plan administration
  • Work with third-party employee benefit administration firm
  • Provide training and education to plan sponsors and participants on plan features, benefits, and regulatory changes
  • Support plan audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditor requests
  • Prepare and present reports to plan sponsors on plan performance, compliance status, and other relevant metrics
  • Meet with and cultivate working relationships with local centers of influences
  • Generate new trust, employee benefit plan, and investment business

Education: A four-year, business-related degree is preferred. A minimum of two years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.Summary of Employee Benefits:
