You will verify and calculate trust and court fees, prepare invoices as necessary to maintain accurate financial records. As you review new accounts, you'll verify fee instructions and consult Acceptance Committee minutes, while making adjustments to ensure compliance and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include processing all incoming and outgoing customer transfers, ensuring timely fee collections, while also preparing payout forms for business partners.Impact matters. - Verify and calculate trust and court fees, preparing invoices as necessary.
- Review new account fee instructions and Acceptance Committee minutes for accuracy.
- Monitor autocom accounts to ensure timely fee collection.
- Prepare payout forms for business partners and process customer transfers.
- Collaborate with transfer agents and the investment department for asset research.
- Request new fee schedules as needed to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Generate conflict of interest reports and manage asset re-registration processes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years professional office experience
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed
- Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Service-oriented, polite, and respectful
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion
