Before you start, please review the Temporary Transfer Assignment Guidelines on RescueNet to make sure you qualify to applyTitle: TTA - Service Now Entry Level Business Analyst - MENASector: Information TechnologyLocation: 30% of work time, RemoteStart Date: November 2024 Duration: 6 MonthsScope of work & objectives: The interested participants will act as entry level Business Analyst - ServiceNow Administrator to learn Service Now Low code/No Code configuration processes and will apply and practice that knowledge in the IRC production environment by providing support for operations and projects related to ServiceNow development and general product support on the IRC Service Now instance. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a diverse, multicultural environment. The scope will be limited to operational support for Tier 1 tickets related to the system, system documentation, and requirements gathering.Major Learning Goals and Responsibilities: Primary learning goals and roles include but are not limited to:

Providing L1 end-user support for ServiceNow related issues, escalating within the ServiceNow Support team as needed

Producing documentation necessary to facilitate the use of the application, including user and admin guides, in the ServiceNow Knowledge base

Helping develop and produce actionable reports to be used for trend and performance analysis

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document solution requirements

Implementing minor system configuration changes

Key Working Relationships: Candidates will work in close collaboration with:Associate Director, Enterprise Applications, Global users support and System stakeholdersRequirements:Experience Requirements:
