Tube Laser Operator - 3rd Shift - The QTI Group : Job Details

Our client, a metal fabricator, located in Fall River, WI, is seeking a Contract to hire 3rd shift Tube Laser Operator to work at their just-in-time fabrication shop. This operator must be able to think quickly, make decisions, and have outstanding troubleshooting skills.Hours: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am, plus overtime as needed.Responsibilities:Perform setups and operations on Amada and Mitsubishi NC/NCL LasersCheck material thickness for accuracy and load material.Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.May train others on set-up and operation of Laser/Plasma.Identify and solve machine alignment and cut condition problems.Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and complete work.Qualifications:Must have strong Laser or CNC operating background.Demonstrated competency in basic shop math.Demonstrated blueprint reading capability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
