Tube Mill Machine Operator - PVH - PVHardware : Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tube Mill Machine Operator to Operate, set up and adjust tube mill equipment and tooling to produce superior quality pipe.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent technical certification.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience operating a tube mill machine in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, processing steel.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Must be fluent in English and preferably has some Spanish speaking skills.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up and adjust tube mill equipment and tooling to produce superior quality pipe.
• Set up Tube Mill or equipment assigned to your position
• Adjust and operate all components of machinery in your assigned area
• Ensure quality production of tubes based on specification provided
• Complete daily production goals
• Maintain all equipment in a professional manner
• Required to conduct safety inspection of work area daily
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workplace
