DescriptionThe Tubing Attendant is responsible for the ensuring the smooth and safe operation of Sugar Rush Tubing Facility. - Ability to provide a fun and positive work environment

What you will doOn-Hill Operations
- Oversee active safety management.
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff members.
- Organize orientation and complete all new hire documentation.
- Oversee day to day tubing operations including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures, Parking, Tickets, Food & Beverage and Retail, Security and Patrol operations.
- Responsible for safety of all tubing employees.
- Responsible for securing releases of liability and safety of all customers.
- Review and oversee all daily logbooks.
Lifts and Grooming
- Coordinate with Mountain Ops on daily maintenance of lift(s) and tubing lanes.
- Maintain snow base at load and unload areas.
- Maintain log of hours for lifts.
- Work with Mountain Manager re annual inspections, maintenance etc.
- Train staff on daily lift operations and maintenance.
Tubes
- Maintain tube Inventory. Maintain proper inflation levels. Patch, repair or discard tubes as needed.
- Keep logs of condition of tubes. Send tubes back to vender for refurbishing as needed.
- Communicate with tube vendor as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to or develop Tubing budget.
- Schedule staff in alignment with set payroll budgets.
- When sensible, coordinate with Operations departments to contribute staff to other departments midweek.
- Facilitate and coordinate group activities and events.
- Other job duties as assigned.
