About You and this Role
Serves as a vital resource for Texas Operations Maintenance by applying technical and organizational skills to drive a site level continuous improvement program targeted at delivering maximum value from the Global Maintenance Work Process (GMWP). This includes the management, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions.
Ensures the implementation and effective utilization of the work processes, associated roles, concepts and enabling tools. Works to achieve and maintain seamless integration across organizations. Requires advanced skills and expertise in a range of processes, procedures, and systems, and/or specialized technical expertise within an analytical/scientific method or operational process to perform a broad range of complex work assignments. May act as a working team lead, providing subject matter guidance and coordinating work of others.
Responsibilities
* Possesses continuous improvement skill sets and GMWP experience helping to establish credibility with site teams.
* Drives knowledge exchange with subject matter experts to increase awareness of potential improvement opportunities.
* Partners with site Work Process Leader to implement a site Maintenance Productivity Strategy that delivers positive improvements in alignment with site and regional goals.
* Partners with Work Process Leader to identify work process execution gaps and continuous improvement opportunities through assessments, KPI reviews, feedback from core maintenance roles, etc.
* Leads continuous improvement activities by serving as project manager role for high value initiatives, implementing and delivering end-to-end, sustainable solutions and proposing performance measurements.
* Defines the appropriate level of standardization across the site with regards to work process execution and identifies areas requiring further definition.
* Works with work process support roles, Regional/Functional Leadership and associated SMEs, as applicable, to coordinate the implementation and effective utilization of the work process, roles, enabling tools and organizational design.
* Ensures organizations' utilization of the work processes meets the intent of the globally defined work process to deliver value.
* Establishes, monitors and coaches others on the use of work process measurements to ensure maximum effectiveness and continuous improvement.
* Networks with regional Work Process Leader(s) and support roles to leverage practices, optimize and refine the work process.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years' experience in manufacturing/maintenance/engineering or 9+ years' experience in lieu of bachelor's degree in manufacturing/maintenance/engineering.
* Team Leadership: Experience leading projects and change initiatives.
* Must have current, valid US Driver's License.
* A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Preferred Skills
* Industrial engineering or similar.
* Lean Six Sigma (LSS): Six sigma certification or similar
* Change Management: Change management certification or training.
* Power BI developer.
* Analytical Skills: Advanced skills in assessing work process execution gaps, performing KPI reviews, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
* Technical Communication Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to drive knowledge exchange and stakeholder engagement.
