Make a difference in your community while serving your nation and protecting what's most important to you. We're looking for entry-level and experienced individuals ready to join our team. Federal civilian service is a great place to start a career! To help you become the most competitive candidate possible, we will hold different live information sessions throughout the day, including:

  • Panel Discussion: Veterans' Opportunities @ CBP @ 12:20 p.m. ET

REGISTER TODAY by clicking on the Apply button on this site. Complete your registration and receive a confirmation email with a link to add our event to your digital calendar. By the way, the event lobby will open several days early so you can browse videos, booth content, application links, FAQs, and other resources, but you must be fully registered by November 20. Visit our online information guide to start preparing for the event.

Our Virtual Career Expo is an informational recruitment event; no interviews will be held, nor job offers made. You may enter the Expo to attend any of our live webinar broadcasts and browse the booths. However, the first two hours of the event will likely be the busiest, so you may want to wait until later in the day to sign up for a 1-to-1 chat with a recruiter.

Prepare for our virtual recruiting event just as you would for an in-person event:

  • Update your resume and upload it to your profile on the event platform.
  • Learn about the U.S. Border Patrol at careers.cbp.gov/s/career-paths/usbp.
  • Make a list of questions: Each booth has a Discussion Feed where you can post a question. Recruiters will monitor these public message boards and respond.

Stay in touch with us! You'll be added to our Talent Network when you complete your registration. Each month, you'll receive our Events and Opportunities newsletter containing the most recent webinar and career event information and locations where our recruiters will be available in person at various events.
