F/T Ultrasound Technologist position available in a well established private imaging center. We are located in downtown Manhattan and easily accessible via public transportation. We offer a competitive salary with benefits.Job Qualifications :Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, one or more years of experience as a sonographer technologist.Job Description :Perform a variety of sonographic examinations including but not limited to abdominal, pelvic (obstetric and non-obstetric), prostate, breast, thyroid, extremity, and vascular studies.Obtain patient history and discuss procedure process with patients.Prepare and examine patients for ultrasound examinations.Operate, set up, clean and adjust ultrasound equipment.Capture images onto PACS and transfer to physician workstations.About our Practice :We strive to maintain a collegial and friendly atmosphere and work as a team to deliver a high level of care for our patients.
