StorageMart is the largest independent providers of self-storage for business and domestic customers in Canada, the United States and the U.K. The UNION Maintenance Porter (MP) position revolves around the day-to-day process of maintaining a clean and storage facility. Additionally, the MP is responsible for providing high levels of customer service. Principal Responsibilities

• Handling immediate maintenance and the janitorial needs of the assigned facility
• Daily routine and non-routine maintenance control for specific areas for areas of the building (floors, walls, restrooms, office space, facility exterior, etc.)
• Cutting locks
• Painting
• Light handyman work
• Latch installations
• Floor remediations
• Snow removal
• Corner guard repair
• Patching walls
