Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Unit Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the unit by performing clerical and administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as experience in a field care setting. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and faxes.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of patient appointments.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track and manage data and reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Word to prepare and format documents and correspondence.
- Support unit staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure smooth operation of daily activities in the unit, assisting with patient flow and logistics.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or field care setting is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
