Be part of an extraordinary life!Cottage Grove Place is recruiting for a hospitality focused Unit Coordinator for Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care to join our team! This position is responsible for directing and monitoring performance of the Resident Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Oral Medication Technicians providing cares, assisting in direct resident cares as able around nurse required tasks, administering medications and treatments according to the resident's plan of care if needed. Administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, obtain specimens as needed, and complete documentation as required.This position will be scheduled Full Time 2:00pm - 10:00pm.Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Nurse Manager:Document resident status as per policy.Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.Assist in oversight and resident care for Choice In-Home Services residents as needed.Scheduling of staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.Participate in the admission of new residents.Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.Provide daily report to the Director of Nursing concerning facility conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:Minimum LPN/LVN degree in Nursing required.Minimum one (1) year experience in Nursing experience in assisted living, memory care preferred.Currently CPR certified.Salary Range:$60,000 - $65,000/yearHospitality Promises:We greet you warmly, by name and with a smile.We treat everyone with courteous respect.We strive to anticipate your needs and act accordingly.We listen and respond enthusiastically in a timely manner.We hold ourselves and one another accountable.We make you feel important.We embrace and value our differences.We ask, Is there anything else I can for you?
