Unit Manager (RN/LPN) 7,500 Sign On Bonus - Glenburnie Rehabilitation and Nursing Center : Job Details

Glenburnie Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeing a Full-time Unit Manager, Would be responsible for the 24 hr a day, 7 days a week management of a nursing unit. Responsibilities include the planning, assignments, implementations and evaluations of direct resident care on the unit including training and supervision of staff, communication with physicians, family members and staff. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations governing Long Term Care facility operations.

Qualification of Unit Manager:

• 2-3 years in LTC with regulatory experience
• Provides leadership and direction for the RN's, LPN's and Nursing Assistants on their unit
