Unit Operations Supervisor - Colonial Staffing Group : Job Details

The Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a processing unit in a chemical manufacturing environment. You will supervise union wage role employees and operators (team of 7-8) and have responsibility for safety, production, quality, costs, training, and customer service with troubleshooting skills necessary to maintain unit operations.

Overview

• BS Chemical Engineering, BSME, or similar
• 5+ years' in chemical plant manufacturing, refinery, or similar
• Hands-on experience in unit operations and experience supervising a team
• 9/80 work schedule, every other Friday off
• On-site daily, flexible start time
• Must adhere to safety protocols
