Thank you for considering a career at Roper St. Francis Healthcare!Scheduled Weekly Hours:36Work Shift:Rotating Shifts (United States of America)Shift Hours: Every Thursday and Friday: 7:00am - 7:00pm and three other shifts per week from 7:00pm - 11:00pmJob Summary:To assist the staff by performing clerical duties. To maintain and update patient records in a timely, orderly manner. To acknowledge customers upon arrival to unit and to demonstrate enthusiastic friendly approach.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalency examination.Experience: Previous secretarial experience desirable.Licensure/Certification: Current American (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) card preferred.Primary Source Verification (If Applicable): N/AKnowledge/Skills: Knowledge of clerical procedures and medical terminology. Skill in English grammar and spelling. Neat, legible handwriting. Ability to file and maintain patient records, files and reports. Excellent communication skills.
