- Maintain the Reflection Area as an inclusive space supporting students' diverse spiritual, emotional, and cultural practices.
- Actively participate in the College's Shared Governance structure through the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, contributing to institutional decisionmaking and advancing equity-centered initiatives.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Working hours are generally aligned to business hours, Monday - Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work is required.
