DescriptionThe role of a Universal Banker at Owen County State Bank is to be committed to helping customers reach their financial goals by understanding and meeting customer needs. You will engage with new and existing customers by accepting deposits, giving out cash withdrawals from accounts, and determining their banking and financial goals and needs. You will assist the customer to meet those goals and needs by proactively offering appropriate products, services, and guidance.RequirementsEntry Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to obtain registration with the national Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)

Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality.

Knowledge of basic computer operation and data entry.

Ability to operate a variety of automated and standard office equipment.

One-year related experience in retail banking and/or sales preferred.
