Required:

• 3+ years of experience in a management role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a high-volume, upscale casual dining environment.
• Proven track record of success in managing front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
