You will be expected to be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities. Additionally, you will need to provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.* Please note, seasonal employment is a maximum of 90 days.Role Responsibilities* Assist the Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned departments.* Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes.* Flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities.* Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.* Maintain high-level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails.* Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.* Works with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.Role Qualifications* Must be 18 years or older* High school degree or GED required* Professional written and verbal communication* Problem-solving and reporting skills* Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite* Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as requiredPhysical Requirements:* Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift* Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods* Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds* Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movementsThe PerksURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
