About the Role:

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in tech sales who are passionate about technology, driven to succeed, and ready to take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to meet sales goals, resilience in overcoming objections, and the hunger to grow in a fast-paced tech sales environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Continuously improve performance through coaching and feedback.

Qualifications Needed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in tech sales, including outbound outreach and lead qualification.
  • Proven ability to hit performance targets and quotas.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Resilience, grit, and commitment to success.
  • Basic computer proficiency, with experience using CRM systems (a plus).
