The Urology Territory Manager will be responsible for all sales activities and execution of marketing strategies within their defined geography. Their focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and specialty pharmacies. This multifaceted role requires individuals who thrive in the clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of account management, making it ideal for driven sales professionals seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity.
Urology Territory Manager are required to understand the unique market opportunities of their geography including reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care, and patient pathways. They will be charged with the delivery of sales results in their area and the development of detailed business plans to ensure the execution of marketing strategy.

Required Qualifications
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $170,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
