User Experience Designer Mid-level (W2 Only/No Sponsorship Available) - TEKsystems : Job Details

Our client is searching for a mid-level User Experience Designer for a temp-to-perm position based in the Memphis area. Most of the work can be remote.All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis and no sponsorship is available.Duties:Interpret quantitative data and qualitative feedback into actionable next stepsDevelop user-centered designs considering customer feedback, personas, user research, technical constraints or opportunities, and business needs under the direction of Senior UX DesignersCommunicate design ideas and prototypes clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiencesDeploy a variety of practices to efficiently yet effectively create designsLeverage proven patterns to enhance and optimize productsEstablish and shape our Design Language and Component Libraries in collaboration with UI DesignDesign accessible featuresAssist Senior UX Designers in contributing to the product strategy and roadmapFacilitate workshops (journey mapping, problem-statement, etc.)Contribute to user story evolution to make sure the experience expectations are clearKeep abreast of competitor products and industry trendsQualifications:1-2 years of work experience as a user experience designer, product designer, digital designer, or similar role· Experience with web and mobile platforms· Experience with common design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.All candidates must submit to a drug and background check.o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
