The User Provisioning Lead will be responsible to follows established process and procedures to deliver, configure, maintain and troubleshoot user provisioning requests, including act as to go-to contact to support the user provision staff as needed. This position will also perform accurate documentation to ensure continuous process enhancement and address business needs. Evaluate and assist current team deliverables and provides an updated and sustainable process to properly manage account intake. Participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot moderately complex issues. Acts as a liaison between customers and Information Services department to help facilitate requests, issues and problems are resolved in a timely manner. Functions under direct supervision and may be required to be on call. Contributes to performance evaluations and hiring decisions.
Essential Duties:- Responsible for maintaining a solid understanding and process of execution on all user provisioning tasks.
- Evaluate current processes and introduce enhancements where possible.
- Proposes short-term and long-term options to achieving business goals and resolve complex user onboarding tasks.
- Validates technical approach and monitors risks associated with project/tasks implementation.
- Collaborate with various business units to help ensure timely completion of user requests and access.
- Evaluate and recognize security risks associated with account provisioning and communicating properly with user to ensure that all policies and procedures are preserved.
- Recognizes and proposes opportunities for process improvement for recurring issues or risks in IT system implementation and maintenance.
- Sponsors Proof of Concept's or other technology objectives and manages a portfolio of investigations in support of technology strategic objectives.
- Identifies opportunities for updating and enhancement of the environment to help ensure process remain current with business needs.
- Drives technology standards that affect business owners and have cross-organization impact. Stays current on multiple technologies and industry trends through vendor relationships, professional organizations, and network of fellow architects.
- Perform and participate in internal team audits to ensure process validity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:- Req High school or equivalent
- Req Associate's degree Degree in Information System, Information Technology, or related field (preferably a degree with emphasis on security).
- Req 2 years Two (2) to five (5) years experience IT understanding of user provisioning and active directory.
- Req Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.
- Req Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Req Solid understanding of organizational and project management skills.
- Req Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:- Pref Experience in a healthcare setting.
Required Licenses/Certifications: - Req Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date. (Required within LA City only)
The hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 - $39.69.
