Under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting all guests for any events.
- Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience
- Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL
- Greet guests and scan tickets and / or escorts guests to their proper assigned seats
- Acknowledges all guest related issues and reports to Supervisor
- Maintains a clean, safe, & healthy work environment while enforcing all of HRL policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Companys Mission and Values.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Employee must stand during entire shift
- Occasionally must walk on stairs

- High school diploma or GED preferred along with 1 year of customer service experience.
