A client of Insight Global is looking for a Utilities Market Lead in the Bay area. This is a critical hire, and we are committed to finding the right candidate who can drive business growth and manage client relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will be well-connected within the municipal (preferably utility) sector in Bay County and respected by local municipal clients.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Lead business development efforts to expand our presence in the Bay County market.

• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Oversee project management for public infrastructure and utility projects.

• Achieve assigned targets for new contract bookings.

• Collaborate with the Pensacola-based team to execute project work.

• Contribute to business development and practice management efforts in the Pensacola market as needed.
