Utilities Maintenance Tech II - Richland County South Carolina : Job Details

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on pumps, motors, and other equipment related to the treatment and distribution of water as well as the collection and treatment of wastewater. Performs variety of maintenance work, operate variety of equipment in the construction, repair, maintenance, and replacement of County's water and wastewater facilities and systems.This position is under the general supervision of the Deputy Director of Utilities and reports to the Manager of Maintenance. This position regularly interacts with other governmental agencies, consulting engineers, utility contractors, other County Departments and the general public. This position may be assigned special projects and other responsibilities as required.Compensation Range: $20.66 - $33.03
