Summary:
The Utilities Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing utility-related accounting processes, energy data management, and sustainability initiatives across the organization. This position establishes and maintains strong collaborative relationships with Regional Managers,Property Managers, and other field personnel to align utility operations with company goals. The Utilities Manager is responsible for managing the dynamic relationship between energy reporting requirements and property-level energy data while driving process improvements, compliance, and cost efficiency. Success in this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative approach to utility management and sustainability. The Utilities Manager will be a key contributor to enhancing operational excellence and advancing the company's broader environmental and financial objectives.

Salary range: $60,000-$75,000/yrIf you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
