Job Description :
- Resolves utility billing issues, typically identified through external audits, with local utility companies, field management and store merchandisers to ensure all utility accounts are maintained properly. Investigates issues and recommends or performs tasks needed for resolution.
- Works with utility companies to ensure that all dead lease store utilities are disconnected and removed with expiration of the lease.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and advanced office skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, often with conflicting time constraints
