From its inception, GWD has remained strongly committed to our original concepts of quality service coupled with delicious food. Great Western Dining is hiring a Utility position at Prestage Foods. The Utility position is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below. Current Hours: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm General Responsibilities:

• Washes dishes or pans by hand or dish machine.
• Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and equipment
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• May unload grocery deliveries or transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Cleans equipment and facilities using specific chemicals ensuring safety & sanitary standards.
• Complies with all HACCP and safety policies and procedures.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
