With starting pay from $20-$30 per hour DOQ, you will be providedpaid training by ELM using ELM equipment, including company provided vehicle towork independently as your mobile office. ELM utilizes our LaunchPoint softwaresystem with state-of-the-art technology to ensure the job is as simple andefficient as possible for our technicians. ELM Technicians provide a service totheir community ensuring the gas, electric, communications systems, etc. aremaintained and dependable by performing excellent quality marking of utilitiesto prevent excavation damage to these critical facilities. In some areasELM does also locate communications or other facilities as well. Localmanagement can provide specifically what utilities we service in your area. •Completeall necessary digital documentation and paperwork •Receivedaily route and locate requests by logging in each morning from yourvehicle/mobile office handheld smartphone. No need to come to an office everyday. The day normally will start at your residence and ends on the last locatejob completed. •Respondto emergency calls in a timely manner as directed •Workperiodic overtime and weekend on-call rotation may be requested Specificqualifications for the position include: •Abilityto pass a pre-employment drug screen. ***Please note: This is aSafety-Sensitive DOT position that must comply with all Federal Department ofTransportation regulations.
