Utility Stocker/Dishwasher - Brew Brothers - Caesars Entertainment : Job Details

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for cleaning and washing all kitchen equipment, pots, and pans. Cleans, washes, and inspects all dishware, silverware, and glasses. Follows direction from venue chef. Responsible for taking out kitchen trash, including grease and food particles from garbage disposals. Responsible for cleaning walls, doors, ceiling, and floors in the kitchen and restaurant areas. Adheres to all food safety and handling set by the Department of Public Health. Maintains friendly, professional, and polite demeanor with all employees and guests. Ensure the safety and security of all employees and guests. Other duties as assigned. MISCELLANEOUS Understands and adheres to all Colorado Division of Gaming regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations. Maintains interpersonal working relationships among all personnel. Demonstrates simple communication skills.
