Utility Worker - Colas : Job Details

The Laborer is tasked with performing all necessary duties to keep our plants producing and providing product for customers including routine maintenance, plant operation, plant clean up and equipment operation. Laborers are required to constantly tour, observe and maintain all working parts of the facilities. Safety Participating actively in company safety programs, including safety huddles, one-on-one safety conversations, and reporting of close calls Fostering the safety culture by making good/safe decisions Participating in safety incident investigation and following through on any corrective actions Following all safety policies and procedures, including LOTOTO, Motor Vehicle Policy, Drug & Alcohol Policy, etc. Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all tasks assigned. Working with plant team to continuously improve our safety practices.
