We are active in 8 states along the Eastern Seaboard with over 300 locations! We are looking for a friendly and dependable parking cashier for our UVM Medical Center facility in Burlington, VT.- Full time hours (30-40hrs/wk) daytime schedule- This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus!!- Monday through Friday- This is a great opportunity for a student looking for supplemental income, a job seeker looking for a new field of operations to enter, or a retired person looking for a daytime job for additional income and a job where you can help customers and interact with new people every day.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests and parkersMaintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clientsExplain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and parkersProvide exceptional hospitality services to guests and parkers in an attentive, friendly, and efficient mannerEffectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, parkers, co-workers, and clientsAssist with directions, taxis, reservations, information about amenities of the facility and other inquiries as neededMaintain booth cleanliness by picking up trash, cleaning signage, and other general lot maintenanceResponsible for money handling of a cash drawer and accountability of those fundsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal lawsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:-Reliability is a mustBe proficient with mobile applications, hand-held electronic devices, and computersWilling to work outdoors in all weather conditionsMust be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the dayMust be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background checkPossess strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift, push and pull at least 50 poundsMust have a good work ethic and be a team playerBenefits: All of our employees accrue paid time off beginning on their first shift.
