Position Title: UX Professional (Architect/Designer)

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 6 months contract with possible conversion to FTE

Work Arrangement: Fully remote within the US

Pay Range: US $90.00 - $103.00 per hour

Who we are looking for / Requirements:

• 5+ years in Product Design or related fields, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in service design, system design, cross functional facilitation experience is a must.
• Experience shipping products across platforms and mentoring others.
• Strong understanding of interaction, visual, content, motion, and research design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Miro, usertesting.com, Dovetail, and industry-standard tools.
• Portfolio showcasing design process, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining patterns, style guides, user testing, and prototyping.
• Solid grasp of software development and collaboration with developers.

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

• Lead design for web and mobile digital products.
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Use Design Thinking to develop concepts, run sprints, and prototype solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design vision.
• Define design systems, patterns, and style guides.
• Conduct user research and testing to refine designs.
• Effectively communicate design rationale and strategy.
