RESPONSIBILITIES:

The house cleaner is responsible for cleaning vacation rentals throughout the service region. This position has the opportunity to work in the South Lake Tahoe area, or in the North Lake Tahoe area (Tahoe Vista, Kings Beach, Truckee/Donner) with additional pay benefits.

Cleaning

• Proficiently execute cleaning responsibilities, optimizing workflow, speed, and quality
• Clean 1-2 homes per day throughout service region, organizing approach, and managing time
• Execute a cleaning checklist to complete kitchens, bathrooms, BBQ's, vacuuming / mopping, stocking supplies, dusting, etc.
• Properly follow processes for using apps and software for reporting and tracking time
• Effectively communicating with team members and supervisor to complete work

Safety

• Follow safety procedures and precautions performing tasks and using equipment / supplies
• Participate in training on potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or hazardous chemicals

QUALIFICATIONS:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Have your own 4x4 vehicle and state minimum insurance coverage
• Valid Driver's license
• Basic proficiency with phone applications
• Cleaning experience required. Cleaning in vacation homes preferred
• Professionally and clearly communicate through reports and face-to-face
• Ability to perform manual labor for long periods and move to / from and throughout homes
• To push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $25 - $30 / hour starting depending on experience and location
