POSITION SUMMARY:

We have openings for both full-time and part-time Housekeeping positions for individuals with housekeeping skills who appreciate working in a picturesque setting across a unique range of properties.

Each day, you'll clean 2-5 unique accommodations—ranging from a treehouse to an Airstream trailer—within a set timeframe (80-120 minutes) in preparation for guest arrivals.

These tasks include: Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of each accommodation, including bathroom, bedroom and outside common area.

This role is an ideal fit if you prefer methodical, detail-oriented tasks. As our Ramsden Lake Housekeeper, you'll be free to work independently, enjoying podcasts or your favorite playlists as you systematically clean and prepare each site for the following reservation's arrival.

We are looking for highly conscientious and reliable housekeepers to join our team, with both full-time and part-time positions available for experienced candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning living areas, bathroom, and exterior.
• Changing bed linens and remaking beds to standard.
• Sanitising high-touch areas, clean windows, and adhere to established cleaning and safety procedures.
• Check that dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils are clean or wash/sanitize.
• Restock supplies, and ensure all items are functional and staged to match the provided photos.
• Emptying all wastebaskets and disposing of waste in designated areas.
• Ensuring all décor items, all areas are free from dust cobwebs and properly aligned.
• Report all maintenance issues, missing or broken items to the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of cleaning experience in the hospitality sector
• Applicants need to have and use their own personal vehicle for daily transportation. Based on the property location a vehicle with increased ground clearance that is well-equipped for navigating dirt roads is required.
• Must be proficient in conversational English
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as on a team
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to follow-through.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $16 - $22 per hour based on experience and achievement

Bonus:

• Staff members are entitled to one complimentary night for a weekday stay each quarter.
• For every 1,000 hours of service, earn a $500 bonus as a reward for your dedication.

Schedule:

• Enjoy a flexible schedule, with mandatory shifts on Fridays and Sundays and cleaning typically scheduled from 10AM to 3 PM.
• An alternative schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM is available for full-time staff. This schedule includes accommodation cleaning alongside other cleaning and organizational tasks.
