We are currently seeking two highly motivated marketing/sales minded individuals who possess outgoing personalities and that are financially motivated to work with guests inside Hilton branded hotels. We provide a concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations.

Qualified candidates must enjoy interacting with guests and an eagerness for upward mobility. Top pay (guaranteed wages plus an excellent bonus structure), earning potential of $80k+, top earners last year exceeded $130k, excellent benefits starting on day one, flexible schedule, and growth potential. This is an hourly plus bonus and commission pay plan. You get rewarded for your talent. Candidate must live in the Charlotte area, and ready to start as soon as possible.

Qualifications What are we looking for?

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• At least one year hospitality and/or customer service experience
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• High School Diploma or GED
