Bluegreen Vacations is looking for outgoing individuals to join our team. This is a face-to-face sales role inside of the Bass Pro Shops located in San Jose, CA.

A Day in the Life

• Utilize your unique personality and passion to engage and meet face-to-face with potential customers creating excitement and interest in Bluegreen Vacations.
• Sell vacation getaways to Bluegreen Vacations destinations across the U.S.
• Have negotiation skills to close deals, overcoming customers' concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain a strong winning mindset, positive attitude, and desire to learn.

What We Offer

• Sales Representatives working 30 hours a week earn on average $50k-90k annually (detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire). WEEKEND SHIFTS REQUIRED
• Includes guaranteed hourly base + eligibility for commissions based on the number of package sales per week.
