JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Successful completion of up to a 52-week Fabricator training program* Operate shear, brake, laser, saw, roller, pipe threader, forklift, & overhead crane.* Responsible for maintaining equipment.* Responsible for performing and inspecting own work.* Maintain a clean, safe workplace.* Overtime commitment when needed.EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:* Must pass a tape measure test and protractor test.* Ability to operate all machines and tools in the department. Training is provided for up to 52 weeks (based upon skill level).* Experience in operating fabrication equipment in a form shop environment preferred, but not required.* Ability to read blueprints is preferred.* Ability to work with minimal supervision.* Ability to use gauges, templates, and other measuring devices to inspect production parts is preferred.* Ability to operate forklift and overhead crane is preferred.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.* Must be able to bend/stoop/squat/twist/turn/push/pull.EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school grad or equivalent required.Please note: All training requirements and job classification expectations will be explained during the interview process.Relocation assistance is not provided.About UsVactor Mfg.
