Potential employment opportunities exist for: Warehouse OperatorEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Recommends material allocation strategies to optimize internal handling routes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with various operational needs.
  • Oversees the seamless unloading of production component trucks, verifying delivery notes, recording data in the ERP system, ensuring quality sample collection, and accurate storage in the warehouse.
  • Manages the preparation and shipment of materials based on received lists, ensuring finished products are moved from exchange zones to warehouses with verified accuracy.
  • Coordinates material transfers from the warehouse to exchange zones for production orders, ensuring the correct quantities are handled.
  • Supervises the loading of vehicles according to the shipping plan, ensuring materials are correctly prepared and dispatched.
  • Monitors the accurate reporting of consumable materials, tracking withdrawals and reporting to the Warehouse accountant, while specifying the department of usage.
  • Ensures precise accounting of quantities, types, and batches across all handling locations.
  • Maintains all equipment in top working condition, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Enforces strict compliance with safety regulations as outlined in departmental manuals, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications Required:
  • Knowledge, experience & capabilities
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as warehouse management software.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
  • Safety rules knowledge.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • A valid forklift license
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Precision and accuracy;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Teamwork.
